National Alliance on Mental Illness FAMILY-TO-FAMILY EDUCATION PROGRAM, FREE for family members and loved ones of individuals with: - Major Depression - Bipolar Disorder (Manic Depression) - Schizophrenia and Schizoaffective Disorder - Post-traumatic Stress Disorder - Borderline Personality Disorder - Panic Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder - Co-occurring Brain Disorders and Addictive Disorders NAMI's Family-to-Family is a nationally recognized, evidence-based program for family members and loved ones of those living with mental illness. It offers 12 weekly classes structured to help caregivers understand and support individuals with serious mental illness while maintaining their own well-being. The course is taught by a team of trained NAMI family member volunteers who know what it’s like to have a loved one struggling with one of these brain disorders. It will meet on Thursday evenings from 6-8:30 p.m. This class is free and all materials are provided, but it is limited to 20 people. Register by calling Margie at (806) 678-7385.
